Highfield Services is a Lancashire-based private care company that has been supporting adults with learning disabilities since 1986. We provide a range of high-quality, person-centred services that promote independence, choice, and community inclusion.
Our three core services Supported Living, The Base Day Centre, and Outreach are designed to offer flexible, tailored support that meets the unique needs of each individual we work with.

Our History
Serving the community since 1986
Founded in 1986, Highfield Services began with a small team dedicated to providing community-based support to people with learning disabilities in the Blackburn and East Lancashire area. Over the decades, we have grown to offer supported living across several properties, a purpose-built day centre (The Base) in Great Harwood, and an active outreach service.
Throughout our history, we have remained committed to our founding principles: that people with learning disabilities should be supported to live fulfilling, self-determined lives as valued members of their communities.
